Wow Sean, nice of you to skew the rating with a '1' because you somehow can't find the overly-large text that says "Download QuickTime Alternative" at the top of the page. Maybe the internet just isn't for you (or tying your shoes for that matter)?.

Royce: Thanks for the confirm that DL'ing is working again, it's been a long while since that feature has functioned correctly for me (been using VLC to stream/save the HD's).

After spending 5 frustrating hours trying to figure out how to import an audio file into Windows Movie Maker, and sifting through a million useless "codecs", I finally came across this site and was able to solve my problem within minutes. I have build a classic lame_enc.dll v3.98.2, everything included with the latest version and I also used the fastest compilers on the planet.

Get it here and test it with your favorite encoder, it works with CDex, VirtualDub, etc:

Just tested it with a few Files, that were definitively defect. It reported them as good. If I were you, I wouldn't give a sh*t what the program says about your MP3s...

Lost a star because its advertised as Freeware on here, but its not. Its a trial for Shareware for the new release for Winamp. Needs altering as its misleading.
