I do not recommend to use this player.
I tried to test and failed to download subtitle for a popular video title, but failed.
The sound codec is also no so good as other players.
I would recommend anyone to use Potplayer in which a lot of options are available per your preference.

This filter is excellent.
I have used it since I knew it several months ago.
Switching other splitter with this, most of the problems are solved, especially some video can\'t be played or no sound during playing, then switching the splitter with this.
This splitter works most of the format.

Good codec pack, however I could not five a good point as ffdshow and MPC-HC is not updated as of this codec pack updated.
I would prefer to install ffdshow new version and MPC-HC most updated one by myself.
It's good codec pack most people need, but nothing but only ffdshow and MPC-HC and a few codecs included.

The compression rate is WONDERFUL, however it was not a proper to recored the HDTV Stream, as too many frame skipper when recording.
I tryed many different configuration, but not enough to recored 30 frames per second.
I would recommend you to use x264vfw which is relatively good compression rate and still record 30 frames/second. And that variety of user configuration included.

I think the codes builtin in the player are all exellent, but the GUI is not so good.
A serious problem is the program does not recgnize digital TV card that is most of the player such as Potplayer, TokPlayer, KMP, etc. recgnize the BDA, but MPC-HC doesn't.
And that the scan frequency for finding TV channes never change depends on each country ID.
Most of the band width is 6,000MHx, but the default is 8000, and that this nuber is what Hz, KHz, Mhz?
I think the open device menu should be deleted until it works properly.
So poor! lost a lot of time to find out properly way, but failed. Give up to use it.
