The DefilerPak is my weapon of choice when it comes to codecs. Why make your system unstable with these horribly bloated codec packs, when you can install the DefilerPak and have something that just works?

Why can't I full-screen in the official quicktime player? Appple are obviously brain-dead. This is loads better, get it.

I am also having problems with FireFox 1 integration, and media player classic freezing on certain files (e.g. appleseed trailer).

Stay away from this codecs if you got a low end specs or try to run this on old pentium 3. If you got 2ghz and above comp, then that won't be a problem. I tried and test it out and all 3 test machine show sound lag and freeze. Get the new ffdshow instead. The ffdshow feature a new postprocessing filter.The quality is about even or better at lower processing power. Want more? turn on a lot of it's option.

I got the same issue as 4Tran, Windows File Protection warning during install. Very worrying, if I had been pre-warned then ok, but seems a bit trojany?
