I have used Cucusoft now for approx 4 months and it was awesome... all of a sudden it stopped being so awesome.

It barely converts passed 10 seconds and shuts down or freezes up completely. It also pixels everything right off the start. This was my first sign of error. No reply from support as of yet :(
