Install "Rad Game Tools Splitter" and you can play bink and smacker files.

VBR means variable bitrate. The properties tab will show the average.

Report your FLV problem on the Codec Guide forum with a sample. Or submit it to the MPC-HC developers.

I've been using CDEX from the very first release.

When the updates and newer versions stopped coming out I was disappointed but still found it to be the best one I could find even if I had to tweak it a bit to run properly.

This new version is everything I had hoped for in a new release and seems to have solved all the issues caused by being out of date in the older versions.

Select ffdshow as decoder for H.264 video and the thumbnails should work.

Still excellent, just full of adware.

Only full of adware if you dont know much about computer progs and setup. If you choose custom instal and untick the boxes, you get no ads.

1) It writes some script in my windows registry folder, whithout asking me !!

-> I DO NOT KNOW WHAT IT DO !!

2) After installation and the deinstallation, as Tom said, my Realplayer and a Radio Player do not work now !

-> This download should be disabled !

Works great. I downloaded it and everything works just fine now. I had some problems with my ac3 audio and mpeg (video) files, but after this, everything can be played that comes from my cam corder. Amazing!

Works OK with win7 64bit.
For those with problems, right click on your flac file >select open with Windows Media Player. Check box always use the selected program.
You get a warning that WMP cannot regonize that file. Ignore that and check the box not to warn you again. Play file in WMP.

After the first song, it will regonise your flac files, and you can drag them in the playlist.
