HI
Lilymay prefers vlc but gave the AWESOME Potplayer an excellent 5 rating. lol. Really? Your opinion of Potplayer is based solely on our comments? lame.
I mean, vlc is not bad, it opens every kind of video, but Potplayer goes way beyond that.
Its plethora of configuration options lets everyone tweak it and their video watching experience just the way they like it.

Simply the Best.
For beginners, as for professionals too.
No codec needed, but can be implemented as one wish, could not be more personally.
Attention - Do NOT download from any site !
Recommendation - Use 32bit version on x64 bit Windows too !
PS - Very often is upgraded and it is evolving very quickly!

Very good media player. As good as old KMPlayer. But it lacks the multi-subtitle function as in KMPlayer

This is an amazing player which appears to be able to handle anything thrown at it.
I would have given it 5* but for the confusing preferences, some of which are incomprehensible in the way they work (or not). Features such as aspect ratio are completely baffling in the way they are used.
Very similar to The KMPlayer by the same developer which also suffers from a confusing plethora of settings.

Great player, I like it better than the latest versions of KMPlayer (which has really gone downhill as of late).
Is there a way to contact the developer? (in English?)
And one question or feature suggestion: is there a hotkey or something to skip forward/backwards only a small jump, like ┬╜ or 1 second or so? (left/right by default does 5 sec back/forward, I need smaller steps)

Hi Marc, yes there is an option to skip according to your choice. You will find the option under Playback - Time Jump. Press F5 to bring up the Preferences menu. Thank you.
Thanks PB, that works like a charm. Awesome!
