EAC3 needs the separate Custom Codec (Settings > Decoder > Custom codec) - latest build is 2.7.x. It's third-party, so it can lag behind new MX Player versions; if it won't load, VLC for Android handles EAC3 natively.

A little late, but I just saw your comment. It seems that Dolby has replaced their legacy Home Theater applications with the unified Dolby Access app, which you can find here:

HALAC's multithread feature has been mentioned many times. Yes, HALAC offers very strong multithread support. However, single core performance is already very good by far. So the speed does not come only from multithread.

Starting from version 0.3.x, HALAC uses RICE encoding instead of ANS. In addition, compression ratios seem to be much better than before, depending on the processing speed. And it has a lot of advantages over the FLAC format.

Since it is currently actively developing, updated APIs and dlls have not been presented yet.

Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2021, build 19044, x64.

Add-AppxPackage falla con HRESULT 0x80073CF1: "carece del paquete
de la aplicación adecuado para la arquitectura x64".

Descomprimí el bundle y sólo contiene DolbyAccess_3.27.11071.0_ARM64.msix.
El AppxBundleManifest.xml confirma Architecture="arm64" y
MinVersion="10.0.22000.0".

CONCLUSIONES:
1. No se puede instalar en Windows Intel/AMD de 32 ó 64 bits.
2. No se puede instalar en Windows 10, que sólo llega al build 19045.

A note first: we shortened your review so it stays readable for other visitors. Nothing that mattered was removed.

You were right, and the manifest leaves no room for argument.

We have now added the 3.0.2204.0 packages for x64 and x86, which do install on Windows 10 from build 17763. The 3.27.11071.0 bundle is still available, but it is labelled ARM64 and moved to the bottom of the list.

We also corrected the system requirements on the page, which wrongly said Windows 10 1903.

Thanks for opening the manifest rather than just reporting that it failed - that is what made the problem obvious.

Anything over 50GB is a 4K UHD Blu-ray, and that causes two problems. Most 2017 drives cannot read UHD discs at all, and no blank disc holds that much unless your burner supports BDXL and you buy 100GB BD-R XL media.

Easiest fix: skip the disc-to-disc copy and rip it to your hard drive with MakeMKV (free in beta). If it shows no titles, your drive cannot read the disc and no software will change that.

If you want it on a disc, you have to compress it. DVDFab can shrink it to a BD-25 or BD-50, or use BD Rebuilder plus ImgBurn for a free route.

Hey rei,

That message is VLC's way of saying it went to the address and found nothing there. MRL just means Media Resource Locator, which is VLC's word for the link you gave it. It almost never means VLC is broken.

With a big list like this one, the usual cause is simply that the individual stream is dead. Free IPTV channels go offline constantly, and any list will have some that no longer work. The other common causes are opening the playlist with Media > Open File instead of Media > Open Network Stream, or a stray space that got copied along with the URL.

We wrote up every cause and fix here:
https://www.free-codecs.com/guides/vlc-unable-to-open-the-mrl.htm

Also worth doing before you load a big list: run it through the M3U Checker at:
https://www.free-codecs.com/app/m3u-checker/ and export only the channels that respond. It strips out the dead ones so you are not clicking through failures.

Lets see a Floorp portable.
Which shouldn't be any problem with FF.
Portable is the final proof of any browser concept.

I didn't know it was EU, AND france.
That doesn't sound like a good idea.
