PIXL Codec (Pinnacle PCTV)
PIXL Codec, also known as Pinnacle PCTV, is an alias for VIXL, a JPEG format used in Zoran chipsets.

The FOURCCs used by PIXL Codec are PIXL andVIXL.
This codec has not been developed anymore since 2004.
In order to install PIXL Codec to your computer, you need to do a right-click on the pixl.inf file.
A popup menu will appear and you have to select Install.
The set up process lasts less than a minute.
Before enjoying the features of PIXL Codec, you may have to restart your computer.
