LAME MP3 Encoder 3.98.2 is broken. It will not work with Cdex and other software. Part of the dll is missing.

You think this is best encoder? How could you boy? Sound is lifeless! Take fraunhofer radium codec: www.audioactive .com instead. However this codec has showed a great period of time. Since '96. This is a masterpiece.
By Radium fraunhofer can be for free!
