Excellent -- the old codec 75 problem solved at last (fingers crosssed). Have just played a South Park episode I've been trying to watch for weeks but couldn't without 75. Thanks for being here.

how do you use the .ax file in mplayer (linux)?
I'm using Ubuntu Dapper Flight 5 amd64 (64bit libs and k8 compiled kernel)

i extracted the files i tried to install it, but as its installing near the end of the installation, a another window pops up saying INSTALLATION FAILED.

Suggestions...

Guys I am a complet idiot when it comes to extracting files and stuff like that, I tried everything but no install file would appear, so reading one of the posts this is the one that helped me and voila, it now works.
"Just move the vox folder out of the zip vox and on to C: drive. now you have the install option"
