This application does work great once you figure out which configuration to use.
If you are clueless like I was (and I have to be honest I lucked out)make certain to switch the Language to ENGLISH and then Choose GENERAL: MP4, H 264(MPEG4/AVC) for PC.
From there it was flawless! Thank you!

Brilliant! Solved my problem fast, easy and for free. I wanted to watch 3gp files filmed with my Android phone on my PC, and I wanted to be able to email the videos to family without making them figure out how to play them.

just great! i tried every software on the market to convert video files to ipods' format and this one is the best, for the size of the file, for the speed of convertions, because you DONT NEED to have installed any pack of codecs and because its automatic, it doesnt bother you with any configuration at all!!! try it, but if you have and ogm file or mkv file convert it first with virtualmoddub, that is amazing as well, and automatic of course and then put it in the great 3GP converter and its ready!!
