Sony RAW Codec enables you to work with .ARW, .SRF and .SR2 files.
By using this tool, you will be able to display RAW photos as if they were JPEG files.

Just use Windows Explorer or Photo Gallery and have easy access to RAW files.

Sony RAW Codec is fully compatible with Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8, including the 64-bit version of Windows 8. Support for Windows XP is not ensured.

You can use this codec if you have one of the following camera models:

Cyber-shot DSC-R1, DSC-F828 and DSC-V3; digital SLR camera from the "α" series: DSLR-A100, DSLR-A200, DSLR-A300, DSLR-A350, DSLR-A700 and DSLR-A900 and even NEX or SLT cameras.

Works great on Windows 8 64 bit! Hooray! Pictures were taken on a Sony NEX-6, so it may not be ...

I gave this a "good" as it probably works great in Windows 7, but will not work in XP - period.
