A little late, but I just saw your comment. It seems that Dolby has replaced their legacy Home Theater applications with the unified Dolby Access app, which you can find here:

Thank you so much!
Hi, what do we need this for? If I use Dolby Atmos windows 11 and I have Asus Xonar DX sound card, I dont use DTS specifically, only Dobly headphones, do I need it for Netflix or anything?
For netflix I use the SPDIF with the Dolby Atmos so it gives me the spatial sound for headphones.
I have also XFI TitaniumHD soundcards, would they need that there?

Short answer: your sound cards are not what does this job. The Xonar DX and the Titanium HD both work on audio that Windows has already decoded, and Dolby Atmos for Headphones positions sound in space rather than unpacking it.
Worth knowing about your setup: optical and coaxial cannot carry Dolby Digital Plus at all, so whatever reaches the Xonar that way was decoded on the PC first.
Practical test: if Netflix and your files play with sound right now, you already have a decoder and do not need this one. We have expanded both points in the Quick questions section on the software's page:
