This is the only DirectShow codec collection you most probably need. Clean too, "no-nonsense" indeed.

Thank you! I needed this to preview / stream MP4 videos while downloading them with Free Download Manager.

Very disappointed. Won't play most files. I am going to uninstall it and try something else...

Sounds to me you haven\'t installed FFDShow! DSFP is one part of the deal. No wonder it wont play anything without a decoder.

don't bother with this as it comes as a zip and from there on does nothing... waste of my time

Ollie: You apparently have no idea what DSFP is for and how to use it. Too bad. I suggest you take a look at the readme first!

I just downloaded the free DIVX Plus software and upgraded the same. As adviced online while updating,I need also to download the DirectShowFilterPack. Will this cause no conflict and harm with my system?
