Have you tried increasing the buffer size for the OGM decoder. Mine was set to the minimal of small and I had the same problems with the audio/video sync. I went into the ffdshow options right click on the toolbar icon in Windows.

Select RadLight Ogg Spliter and in the window that appears move the buffer to high.

Poor. This whole never out of sync thing is bollocks. Constantly out of sinc, sped up and choppy video, poor sync and constant problems.

OGM files should never be used.

Waste of time.

It seems to work fine for me, all sound plays in the right places. However, I'm concerned about how to uninstall it should it pose a problem for me. Does anyone know how do this, without having it be, excessively complicated?

I made the mistake of checking "disable all other ogm codecs" when I installed it. It doesn't work for my files; it only plays the music and even that stops after about 10 seconds. I can't use any other ogg codecs until I uninstall this program, but it won't let me uninstall it! It keeps saying "Permission required to access file". Although that might just be Vista's stupid bugs playing tricks on me..

Install 0.9.9.5 codec. First thing I notice is the codec somehow remove *.avi extension from Windows Media 10. Remove the codec doesn't put the original value back into it. I'm forced to manually go into registery to change it back.

Got a OGG media file (detected by G-Spot) with the .avi file extension. Video stream does not appear in WMP. Which video codec would resolve this issue?

No sound on the right channel here either. Using a sound blaster 5.1 card.

Good point: allows the new MPC 6.4.8.7 to play OGM files, all other splitters/filters (including the builtin one) cause the new MPC to crash.

I would like to mention yet again that whatever the recoder for this version has done he utterly messed the codecs up. It should've been a rather simple thing, yet from what I can tell any system I run the 0.9.9.6 codecs on never plays sound in the right channel. I would like to say this is what symptom appears, it may be related to something else within the redesign. It's odd no one has realized this is pretty serious and should really mark this codec as unusable.

The right channel bug doesn't work on my system either. However downgrading to 0.9.9.5 works.

This codec works excellently except that it crashes in winxp pro when I try to open a some older files in WMP9.I had no problem playing the newer files. After I re-installled ogg 0.9.9.5, the problem disappeared
