i found class not registered in attendance management software. I format and installed a new software but again same problem is detected what can I do plz help me

It didn't fix my problem but gave a error message as everyone else who have commented.I use windows 7 ultimate

This didn't work for me because I still get an error message that says: "Quartz DLL was loaded but call to DLL Register Server failed with error code 0x80070005. Now what???

The opening paragraph said there were several easy fixes. Only one was given.
I did the recommended fix successfully, but that did not remedy the problem. What other commands can I run to try to fix this? Thank you.

Class not registerd when I try to save-as in MS Word or Open Office. Your fix had no effect, but got confirmation register server succeeded.

i get the class not registered error when i right click on a file trying to "open location" will this work for that instance?"
i do not get this error using media,or i haven't yet" sorry for being a luddite. i didn't want to try first messig something else up....

I have been receiving the following message when I try to play anything with MPC-HC:
"Failed to query the needed interfaces for playback". With WMP I get the message "The specified module could not be found".
After much Googling I realized that quartz.dll is not registered on my machine. I confirmed that this is so by using the InstalledCodec program.
I tried registering it with "regsvr32 quartz.dll", but I have the error message "DllRegisterServer in quartz.dll failed. Return code was 0x8007007e".
I suppose the next step is to delete the existing quartz.dll in System32 and copy another version downloaded from the internet.
That means defeating System File Protection.

I tried the 'quartz.dll' and it worked. I also tried the 'ieframe.dll' and it did not work. Is there a reason?
