Intel JPEG Library Video Codec (ijlvid) 1.0

It supports decompression to the RGB24 format and compression from RGB24 or YUY2 formats.

The Intel JPEG Library Video Codec (ijlvid) is compatible with the following Windows operating systems:

Windows 2000

Performance Notes:

For video capture at 640x480 resolution and 25 frames per second (fps) in applications like VirtualDub, a system with at least a Pentium III (1 GHz) processor is required.

However, for full-frame video capture at higher resolutions or frame rates, a more powerful processor such as a Pentium 4 or equivalent is recommended.
