didn't work for me - options are already enabled and 3gp won't play in windows media player

Very complex-- not for everyday PC users by any means (no, I'm not an idiot). And as Ian said, the screenshots are nothing like what you get. Needless to say it didn't work for me. Maybe it works, but you gotta simplify it so it's not a failure for everyday users.
