I wanted Explorer to generate thumbnails for h265 videos and this did the trick, easy to download and install, you know it's safe because it comes from a Microsoft domain.

Me funcionó con Edge, en Chrome por alguna razón no me aparecía ni si quiera como descarga bloqueada.
