With the REALmagic MPEG-4 Video Codec from Sigma Design, you can create high-quality MPEG-4 video bitstreams which are ISO-compatible.
REALmagic MPEG-4 Video Codec is a Video for Windows (VfW) tool that will enable you to create your own videos using VfW applications such as Adobe Premiere and enjoy the advantages of the MPEG-4 format.

Compared to MPEG-2, this more recent compression technology reduces file sizes and makes it possible to store up to 2 hours of video data on a usual CD.

The main features of this codec are B-frames support in order to reduce file sizes, VBR and CBR operation support, working with resolutions of up to 720 x 576, and providing Adaptive Quantization and Intelligent Deinterlacing for optimized video quality, respectively interlaced to progressive scan conversion.

A drawback of this software is the lack of uninstalling options.
