Windows is broken, not the uninstaller. Once you install it as WIC Component, Windows will remove it on Reboot, so later the uninstaller tries to uninstall the already uninstalled by Windows WIC component and says it can't remove it.

So Windows is broken, the uninstaller is OK.

You can fix it just edit single quote in _uninstall.bat to double quote.

K is right, there was a typo. Single quote has been replaced by double quote and it works fine now. Edited & reuploaded. Thanks K!
