Eac3 not support in aio zip file

Thanks for the report. The 3.1.0 pack is the current one - MX Player publishes it as the codec for MX Player 3.1 and later, including 3.4.1.

A few things to check:
1. Load the zip exactly as downloaded - do not unzip it.
2. In MX Player go to Settings > Decoder > Custom codec, select the zip, then fully close and reopen the app.
3. That same screen shows which codec version your app asks for. If it says anything other than 3.1.0, tell us what it shows.

If you need EAC3 working right away, VLC for Android plays it with no extra codec: https://www.free-codecs.com/download/vlc_for_android.htm

@all

The MX Player Custom Codec 1.87.0 is currently unavailable because the developer hasn’t released the source code for this version to be compiled.

As a temporary workaround, you can downgrade to MX Player 1.86.0. Download it from here:

Hey there, the version number is correct.

As already mentioned on the page, the author says that changing the version number will cause MX Player Custom Codec to stop working with MX Player.

Here is his message: you're seeing the file name correctly. So, MX didn't update the version number.

The file libffmpeg.mx.so.xxx.1.49.0 is correct, and using anything else will prevent MX from loading it. Thanks for bringing this up.

I hope its clearer now.
