ACDSee Free is a simple to use and open source application for viewing your photos.
This photo viewer provides support for more than 10 popular image formats: JPEG, BMP, PNG, GIF, PNG, TIFF, TGA, PCX, WBMP, PIC, PCX, WMF, WMF etc.
Apart from allowing you to view pictures fast and error free, ACDSee Free also helps you convert pictures from one format to another (by simply using the Save As option) and set them as wallpapers.
Other actions you can perform in ACDSee Free is zooming, running in full screen, rotating, configuring file associations, navigating using the mouse scroll and so on.
