RadLight MPC DirectShow Filter 1.0.0.4

Updated: 8 Jan 2005

RadLight MPC DirectShow Filter is allowing you to play MPC (MusePack) encoded files in any DirectShow based player, such as Winamp, Windows Media Player or MPC–HC.
The MPC format is a lossy, yet good quality format; you won’t sense any difference between the original file and the MPC file.

The only thing you will notice will be the much smaller size of the MusePack files.

The MPC format is based on the MPEG-1 Layer-2 and on the MP2 algorithms; it has been improved and developed to a stage where it can provide an optimal music experience to all users.

RadLight MPC DirectShow Filter has not been developed anymore since 2005, but it is not necessarily outdated; it is recommended to anyone wanting to enjoy the advantages of the MPC audio format.
