UScreenCapture DirectShow Filter 2.0.18

5 from 1 Reviews

UScreenCapture DirectShow Filter is enabling you to stream your Windows desktop to any DirectShow compatible software and get the most out of screen capturing capabilities.

This filter easily interacts with any third-party application which plays videos, such as Windows Media encoder, VideoLan, Unreal Media Server or Macromedia Flash.

You can either capture the whole screen or select a specific region that you want to focus on. The default frame rate provided by UScreenCapture DirectShow Filter is of 10 frames per second.

Besides allowing you to select just a part of the screen, this filter offers you several other functions: setting the frame coordinates for the upper left and right corners, selecting the frame rate and choosing the target monitor from where captures will be taken.

The parameters that the UScreenCapture DirectShow Filter works with are left (the x-coordinate of the upper left corner of the region to capture), right (the x-coordinate of the lower right corner), top (the y-coordinate of the upper left corne), bottom (the y-coordinate of the lower right corner) and the frame rate, ranging from 1 to 30.

The filter reads registry settings at startup and uses the default ones if values are incorrect or absent.

You can access the UScreenCapture DirectShow Filter’s options using the IUScreenCaptureSettings interface or the IFileSourceFilter interface.

The UscreenCapture DirectShow Filter enhances the functionality of screen capturing applications and allows you to control exactly the region you want to capture and the parameters of the output video.
