xvid.dll makes my winamp and explorer freeze. After I figure out what to do I am trying something else. Worked great at first but then just became a problem. Why does nothing take itself out of the registry?
Nimo Codec Pack 5.0 build 9 B1 on 11 June 2006, reviewed by: Kimi
I have been using it for 5 or more years.
After the new install i wanted to check back on the net to see if there is any new Nimo version available. It is still the same 9B1.
I will still get it as its the best.

I have been using the original Nimo Codec for a few years now. I originaly was introduced to it by a friend of mine when I started making anime music videos.
Well, silly me accidently uninstalled it in the add remove program list while trying to uninstall something else (don't think I'm technology illiterate... I've been using a computer since I was like 3.... it's just late (or early, if you want to see it that way).
Anyways, downloaded and installed this (the basic), and it works great, I just wanted to say.
This is possibly my favorite codec pack... the two others that I have tried have had some... shall we say... adverse affects on my videos (I once had a video play upside down, backwards AND green tinted.... it was pretty derned horrible).
