The Really Rare Wares software museum is the place for this encoder. The text in the main description is sooo outdated.

Still the only enc that offers gapless, I find it useful and elegant.

I am a bit surprised to not find bladeenc.dll in this distribution...

This encoder shouldn't be used, it's deprecated and giving poor quality encodes. Use LAME instead.
