RazorLame provides graphical user interface (GUI) for the Lame MP3 encoder.
The Lame MP3 encoder is widely appreciated for its speed, high-quality output and advanced features like Joint-Stereo or Variable Bitrates.

Its main disadvantage, especially for beginner users, is its command-line interface.

Thanks to RazorLame, MP3 encoding becomes more accessible for everyone no matter what their level of experience with computers is.

RazorLame supports most of Lame MP3 Encoder’s options but makes things a lot easier. Files can be imported using the file browser or the drag and drop method.

Batch processing is supported, too. After you have decided on the files you want to convert, just hit the “Encode” button. A progress bar will show you how much you have to wait until conversion is completed.

Although it has not been updated for a while, this application is useful to anyone who wants to convert their music to high-quality MP3 files.
