ummm. this is a terrible program. I have used other video convertors in their alpha/ beta stages that had less bugs then this...Also to not any Xilisoft program is the same as ImTOO programs...

Tried to work with Xilisoft Tech Support and all they could tell me is that their software doesn't work with all types of files.
It is slow, a poor interface, and the output file is poor quality - IF YOU GET IT TO CONVERT!!!!
They don't stand behind their products at all. Tech Support would dodge questions or tell me that they have it fixed in a later version which is a paid upgrade. THANKS for NOTHING!!! Buy something better like Cucusoft. At least you can pay for one software instead of being like me and having to pay for 2!!!!!!!
STAY AWAY - FAR AWAY!! Xilisoft = Bad Software, they steal your money!!!

people say how good it is but first time i tried it with sum aac file, all i get is fail, no matter what options i change, and no explanation why. I think they say it converts but sll it does is say fail for everything, VERY DODGY, DONT BUY
