Does what is says! I use it to slow down parts of a song (for learning or transcribing) without affecting pitch (gets a little muddy, but better than anything else I've used). I'm sure it has other features, but this is the only one I've used it for. Interface works, could be laid out a little more logically, but overall I still give it a rating of excellent.
