With Helium Audio Splitter you can divide audio files in smaller pieces using a friendly and intuitive interface.
The formats supported by this application are AAC, FLAC, M4A, M4B, MP3, MP4, MPC, Ogg Vorbis, Wave, WAVPack, and WMA.
Files can be imported using the browser or the drag and drop method.
There are two main options that Helium Audio Splitter provides: creating tracks and splitting audio files.
Creating a track can be done in different ways: creating a certain number of tracks with the same length, loading a CUE file and defining tracks manually by specifying start and end points.
If you want to split files, you need to perform the following steps: open the input file, click Add Tracks or load them from a pre-defined CUE file, use the tag option to add information about artist, title, album, track number and so on and eventually select the output format and click Split Files.
Other features you can use are playing, pausing, stopping, adjusting the volume, viewing waveforms (with zoom in and out options), tweaking audio parameters (channel, bitrate, and frequency).
Your job becomes easier as the application has the capability of analyzing errors in audio files and offers extensive information (length, bitrate, size, frequency, tags, format, attached pictures and so on).
The selected information can always be copied to the clipboard. Manage tracks easily using the checkboxes provided by Helium Audio Splitter and specify what tracks you want to extract.
Helium Audio Splitter is strongly recommended to anyone who wants to split audio files the easy way and having access to advanced options at the same time. The application is compact, it uses a reasonable amount of system resources and it does its job flawlessly.
