For some reason i don't know free-codecs.com is no longer accessible in Sudan without using VPN

No it is not been blocked by the ISP when i try to access the website via Google Chrome i get this error msg

This site can’t be reached

www.free-codecs.com’s server DNS address could not be found.

ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

i changed the DNS so many times with no luck

also when i try it using Firefox

Server not found

Firefox can't find the server at www.free-codecs.com.

Check the address for typing errors such as ww.example.com instead of www.example.com
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

so did free-codecs admin/owner disabled accessing it to Sudan IP address ?

FYI a lot of American websites like Adobe.com, Java.com, Nvidia.com Cisco.com

is not accessible in Sudan due to a US sanction so did this website followed that ?

This could be the reason. We're based in Europe, but our servers are in the US.

Anyway, we're going to ask more details from server's admin and let you know.

Thanks for posting this issue ;)
