Hi,

I can’t hear movie’s audio when I play a movie. I tried Window media player, Real Player, Power DVD. When I play the same movie on my another computer, it can hear the audio.

Please help.

Probably, your computer is missing an audio decoder. Open the file with MediaInfo and check the first audio stream. Post a screenshot here if you have no idea about what to do next.

You can also take a look on What Codecs Should I Use?

This is what I got for first audio stream using MediaInfo:
53.4 kbps(60.0 kbps), 24.0 khz, 2 channels, mpeg audio (mp3)(version 2)(layer 3)(joint stereo/ MS stereo)

Thanks

In this case, i recommend you a player with built-in codecs: MPC-HC, VLC, KMPlayer are the most popular and reliable. You can find more into Media Players section.

There is no reason to install many codecs, create conflicts between them, etc. for a few files that have been encoded using rare/obsolete codecs.
