Amazing , Just what I needed.
Audio sync , change frame rate, without encoding.
I have lots of downloaded videos that wont play properly in media players.
The audio is out of sync.
The issue is the avi files report a VIDEO framerate of 25.062fps when it should be 25fps.
This tool is great. It does what it says it does.
Changes the framerate of video in a file.

Great idea but it generated and error on launch. Could not load avi file. 'Open' button and 'File->Open' did nothing.

Sound was not synchronized....no use
It is not a tool to re-encode the whole file to a new framerate (use a video encoder )THIS tool changes a very small bit of data in an avi file, that tells media players , the framerate to play the video at.
It is useful tool , to eliminate audio sync problems , where the avi file has the wrong framerate specified .
